The purchase of a MyKronoz product via our on-line store at www.mykronoz.com (hereafter the “Website”) requires the creation of a client account on the Website.

The use of a MyKronoz device (whether purchased on-line or from a retailer) requires the creation of a user account on the Website and the downloading of one or several MyKronoz applications, which will allow you to record certain data concerning your activities.

When you create a MyKronoz account and when you use MyKronoz applications, you transmit to us certain personal data. Our Privacy Policy defines how Kronoz collects, protects and uses your data.

We ask you to accept the conditions set forth below when you create a client or user account on the Website or when you download a MyKronoz application. We therefore recommend that you read them attentively.

Collected Data

When you create a MyKronoz client account, you transmit to us data regarding your last name, first name, email address, phone number, billing address, delivery address and credit card details.

When you create a MyKronoz user account, you transmit to us data regarding your last name, first name, email address, phone number, country of residence, date of birth, profile picture as well as your gender, your height and your weight.

MyKronoz terms remind you that if you choose to participate and communicate in the MyKronoz community channel, information like your profile picture, posted images, are not governed by your privacy preferences and will be visible to all other users.

In addition, only you can use the contact list information and sms that you load into your MyKronoz device. MyKronoz does not use these informations other than to provide our services to our end-users for their devices.

When you synchronize your MyKronoz device by means of a MyKronoz application, you transmit automatically to our servers activities data regarding your physical shape and your health, namely, the number of steps made, the number of calories burnt, the number of hours slept or your heart rate. Such data are linked to your user account.

When you visit our website, we collect by means of cookies logging data such as the type of your browser, the IP address used to access our website, the date of your visit, the last visited page or the actions that you have made on the website.

Purpose of the Data Collection

We use your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and credit card details to process the orders that you place on our on-line store. We use your email address and phone number to remind you that orders are pending in your cart. We keep your activities data for safekeeping and use them to provide you with services such as personalized statistics of your physical activities, activities programs, etc. We may use your email address and telephone number to send you by email or SMS offers, newsletters, information on new products and promotional campaigns related to MYKRONOZ products, or to products of affiliated companies, such as LEXON products from the French company LEXON (https://lexon-design.com/en/). You have the possibility to refuse promotional emails by using the “unsubscribe” option provided in each of our emails.

The collection of logging data by means of cookies aims at optimizing our website, verifying its proper functioning and better answering the needs of users.

We keep your data on our servers during the whole period of existence of your MyKronoz account.

• a right of rectification, that is to say a right to obtain rectification of inaccurate information held by MyKronoz regarding you,

• a right of opposition, that is to say, the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to appear in a file, and in the area of commercial prospecting, the right to oppose that your data disseminated, transmitted or stored.

• a right of data portability, that is to say the right to have your personal data transmitted in a structured format to you or directly from one controller to another, when this is technically possible

You may at all times access your personal data recorded in your MyKronoz client account or user account, and make corrections or amendments. You may also delete the data by requesting the closing down of your account. You may also access at all times your past activities data. You cannot modify them. But if you ask us, we undertake to delete them.

Data Concerning Children

Persons under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, are not permitted to create accounts unless their parent has consented in accordance with applicable law. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child
under the relevant minimum age without parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. Parents

MyKronoz implements organizational, technical, software and physical digital security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized tampering, destruction and access.

We reserve the right to amend at all times the present Privacy Policy. Modifications will be
